We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our multidisciplinary team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient care.
As an ANP, you will use your expert clinical knowledge and advanced decision-making skills to assess, diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of patients. You will be an autonomous practitioner, working both independently and as part of a supportive team to improve health outcomes and enhance the patient experience
Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to patients.
Prescribe medications and treatments in line with professional competencies and local guidelines.
Lead on the management of long-term conditions, minor illnesses, and urgent presentations.
Promote health education, disease prevention, and self-care strategies for patients and families.
Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses, allied health professionals, and external agencies.
Contribute to clinical governance, audit, and service improvement initiatives.
Provide clinical leadership, mentoring, and support to colleagues and students.
Skills
A registered Nurse (NMC) with relevant postgraduate qualifications at Master's level (or equivalent experience).
Experienced in advanced clinical practice across a broad range of conditions.
Skilled in autonomous decision-making, with excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Passionate about delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care.
