Advanced Nurse Practitioner
Job Description
We are looking for a part time Advanced Nurse Practitioner (Prescriber) to join the team to support our GPs to look after our Care Home patients for 2- 3 sessions per week .
The main role involves seeing care home patients face to face and over the phone for acute care and regular reviews and to support their need under the supervision of our GPs who are responsible for care homes.
We look after residents from 5 local care homes, and do weekly ward rounds and regular visits.
You will be working in a primary care setting, joining our excellent clinical team including 9 GPs, 1 ANP, 1 ACP, 1 Pharmacist, 2 GPA/ Pharmacy technicians, 4 Nurses and 4 HCAs.
We ensure clinical safety and facilitate senior-level support and guidance. We are teaching and training practice and the main site is based at Shepway. Our branch surgery is at Grove Green
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From 30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 16 per week
