The community chronic pain service supports people with chronic pain to achieve long-term self-management, empowering people to live well. The post holder will take a lead role within the service , demonstrating highly specialised clinical practice across the 4 pillars of advance practice and leading the delivery of clinical care within Kent Prisons.

This patient facing clinical role includes direct patient care in community clinics and secure settings and supporting others within the service. In liaison with the clinical lead and clinical service managers they will be expected to initiate, develop and implement community policies and clinical guidelines to achieve the service key objectives. The post holder provides clinical leadership to the Integrated Musculoskeletal service team working within the secure environment.
Due to the need to work across multiple localities on the same day the post holder must be a driver with access to a car.
