In this pivotal role, you'll:
Lead on quality assurance, safeguarding coordination, and complex casework
Support managers to embed strength-based, relationship-focused practice
Mentor and coach colleagues, driving best practice and performance
Manage a small team of Social Care Coordinators and Wellbeing Officers
We're looking for someone who brings:
Expertise in safeguarding, risk assessment, Mental Capacity Act (MCA) and Best Interest decision?making
You'll provide confident, evidence?based professional judgement to support safe and person?centred practice.
