All about the Role





We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to join us as an Advanced Practitioner within Children's Services. This role is central to driving forward service excellence, embedding strengths-based practice, and enhancing outcomes for children across Peterborough. It provides a unique opportunity to lead complex casework and contribute to the transformation of children's social care through innovation and collaboration.


Key Responsibilities of the role: -


Research, design and deliver practice development opportunities across the service and partnership. To work independently, develop and deliver a strategy addressing key areas of practice improvement Be responsible for regular monitoring analysis Develop and mentor training systems and ways of working Contribute to the planning and development of the ASYE programme. Work collaboratively within the Centre for Professional Excellence to foster a learning culture. Facilitate and co-deliver learning workshops and development sessions. To work with the Policies and Procedures Officer to deliver training sessions to socialise and embed new and refreshed policies and procedures.




This is an initial 6-month fixed term contract position

Please note the salary quoted is the annual figure and the salary will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis to reflect the contract length
