Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care, utilising advanced clinical skills and knowledge to assess, diagnose, and manage a range of health conditions. This position requires a proactive approach to patient management and collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Duties



Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, including physical examinations and medical histories. Develop and implement individualised care plans based on patient needs and clinical guidelines. Perform diagnostic procedures and interpret results to inform treatment decisions. Prescribe medications and therapies within the scope of practice. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment options. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care pathways and improve service delivery. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with legal and organisational standards. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuous professional development activities.

Qualifications



A relevant advanced clinical qualification (e.g., MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent). Registration with a recognised professional body (e.g., NMC or HCPC). Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably within primary or secondary care. Strong assessment, diagnostic, and clinical decision-making skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with patients, families, and colleagues. A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in healthcare. Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures governing clinical practice.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 30.00-42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 18 per week
