The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated

Advanced Skin & Laser Therapist

who is passionate about aesthetics and keen to grow within a progressive, medical-led organisation. While laser hair removal will be a core element of the role, this position is ideal for someone eager to expand their expertise and train in a wide range of advanced facial and body treatments.

What You'll Be Doing

The successful candidate will be expected to confidently deliver the following treatments to a high standard:

Laser Hair Removal Laser Skin Resurfacing Radio Frequency Skin Tightening Microneedling Microdermabrasion Hydrofacials Skin Rejuvenation Treatments Pigmentation and Vascular Lesion Treatments Conduct in-depth consultations and create tailored treatment plans Build strong, professional relationships with patients Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical records Uphold the highest standards of laser safety, hygiene and infection control Operate, maintain and care for advanced laser and aesthetic devices Before and after photos of treatments

Client Experience & Customer Service

Deliver a consistently premium, five-star clinical experience Build trust and long-term relationships through professional, ethical patient care Encourage rebooking and continuity of care in line with best clinical practice Recommend appropriate home-care and maintenance treatments where clinically suitable Represent the

Digital & Administrative Responsibilities

Use clinic software (booking systems, CRM) to manage treatment plans, documentation and follow-ups Communicate professionally via email and digital platforms Complete online training modules and maintain digital compliance records Creating before and after pictures for clients records & Social media

Advanced Training & Treatment Opportunities

You will receive structured training and have the opportunity to perform a broad range of advanced face and body treatments, including:

Body Contouring, Cavitation & Cryolipolysis

Radiofrequency (RF), HIFU & RF Microneedling

Microdermabrasion, Microneedling & Hydrofacial

Emlift, PowerSculpt & other advanced body technologies

CO? Laser, Pico Laser & Tattoo Removal

Thermavein and advanced vascular treatments

What We're Looking For

Recognised qualification in LASER therapy and/or advanced clinical treatments Experience in a CQC-regulated or clinically governed environment (desirable, not essential) Strong understanding of clinical compliance, patient safety, and record-keeping Professional, polished manner suited to a premium healthcare setting Ability to work towards financial targets while maintaining ethical clinical care Confidence using clinic management software and digital tools Ability to manage reception and front-of-house tasks when required Strong basic IT skills, including email, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Teams, and online learning platforms Ability to follow digital workflows independently and troubleshoot minor technical issues Flexible approach to working hours
