Job Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced Aesthetic Practitioner qualified LEVEL 4 in VTCT minimum with an additional experience of a Receptionist at a Clinic/Salon, to join our team in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales for aesthetic & cosmetic treatments.

It is mandatory to be Sales Driven and having an amazing understanding of Skin Anatomy, Current Treatments/Trends of the industry. Additional Sales commission will be offered for a great performer!

We are a family-owned business and a small friendly team. You will be working at the Skin & Laser Clinic, providing clients with Treatments, information on the Treatments and their benefits, encouraging to book treatment plans and motivate clients to take care of their skin! You will be an example to follow. So immaculate knowledge of Cosmeceutical and Medical grade skincare and the ingredients is necessary at this job.

You must be a confident ambassador of the brand and be willing to take an active part in our social media content, making informative marketing content.

CANDIDATE SPECIFICS:

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and a passion for delivering excellent service to customers alongside being great with people and providing Cosmetic/Aesthetic results to enhance the business. As a practitioner, you will be working providing medical grade laser hair removal, standard facials, medical RF Micro -needling and Chemical Peels! You are trained on most of the treatments that we offer in clinic, however for the suitable candidate we may agree to train you additionally in-house.

PREFERABLY: ( for a LEVEL 7 or medically trained practitioner the pay is negotiable depending on the experience)

Botox & Dermal Filler Experienced &Trained

Skin Boosters Experienced &Trained (SUNEKOS, Lumi eyes)

PRP trained and etc..

Duties:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products or services (treatments)

- Provide aftercare and explain the aspects of skin anatomy and why they would benefit from a particular treatment.

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

- Maintain a clean and organised Clinic and assist in inventory management and restocking of products

- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction

- Ensuring all CRM systems are up-to-date and all accounts have been noted after every client interaction

- Promote positive relationships with clients and establish long term interest by turning casual clients into regulars.

Experience:

- Great at providing cosmetic treatments! Clients love you and come to the clinic to spend time with you! ( or you have noticed clients gravitating towards you in a similar position)

- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is a must (face-to face and on the phone)

- Proficiency in clerical tasks and admin tasks

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Ability to interest clients in the products, suggest a treatment and upsell packages to retain the client

- Previous experience in working at medical establishments, beauty salons or clinics is advantageous. Previous Skin and Beauty/Medicine related education would be perfect.

- Ability to computerise tasks for efficient record-keeping

- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

- Excellent organisational skills to handle multiple tasks effectively at busy times,

and run the clinic at quiet times.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
