Role Summary



We are seeking a proactive and creative Advertising and Marketing Associate to support the launch, entry, introduction, growth, and positioning of Easy Tiger Group's commercial image. The successful candidate will play a key role in brand positioning/research, digital campaign execution, and stakeholder engagement. This individual will contribute to elevating the company's professional image, expanding client reach, and developing commercial visibility through strategic marketing, storytelling, and innovation.

The role will suit a driven self-starter with the ability to work independently, attend client and networking events, and produce both strategic and hands-on marketing outputs.

Responsibilities



Assist in the development and execution of digital and offline marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness and service uptake. Research and analyse industry and competitor trends to refine brand positioning/research and messaging. Build marketing materials, pitch decks, and landing pages that reflect Easy Tiger's voice and values. Help position new service lines, based on audience insights, commercial feedback, and user testing. Support cross-functional collaboration with product, operations, and design teams to translate business goals into visual and written assets. Coordinate with partners to enhance platform integrations and campaign success (e.g. API, analytics, cross-channel reach). Attend and represent the business at networking events and client-facing engagements. Support delivery of international brand campaigns, including DRIVEN Professional, across target markets (UK, Saudi Arabia, Germany, UAE, Asia). Contribute to campaign KPIs, reporting and optimisation efforts.

Essential Skills & Experience



At least 2-3 years' experience in a similar marketing or communications role Demonstrated success in campaign planning, branding, or product marketing Confident working across digital platforms, CMS tools and social media Exceptional writing, presentation, and visual storytelling abilities Comfortable working in fast-paced, startup-style teams and multitasking Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration skills Strong attention to detail and a proactive, self-led attitude

Desirable Qualifications & Characteristics



Master's degree with modules in/a significant element of Marketing, Branding, Digital Innovation or related field

Hands-on experience in developing brand identity, user experience content, and audience research Understanding of global cultural contexts, especially across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Experience working with clients in education, relocation, HR, or consultancy preferred Commitment to representing the Easy Tiger brand at external engagements and events
