My client are a fast-paced, agile Legal-Tech SaaS scaleup combining people, culture, and product to drive meaningful change in the conveyancing industry. With ambitious growth plans ahead, they're looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to co-design and deliver strategic marketing initiatives, while building the foundations for scalable marketing success.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll shape the strategy, execute campaigns, build our marketing engine, and grow a high-performing team.
What You'll Do as Marketing Manager:
Lead Marketing Strategy
: Develop and own the marketing strategy and execution plans across brand and product lines, aligned with our business goals.
Execute Campaigns
: Deliver effective, multi-channel marketing activities, adapting plans as needed to meet performance goals.
Content & Social
: Collaborate across teams to create compelling, high-quality content and distribute it strategically across relevant platforms.
Targeted Lead Gen
: Partner with Product and Business Development to create and execute events and campaigns that drive qualified leads.
Events & Conferences
: Plan and manage events to engage partners, customers, and prospective hires.
Digital Channels
: Oversee and evolve our key digital marketing platforms and assets.
PR & Media
: Build our communications plan, foster media relationships, and support team visibility through speaking opportunities and press coverage.
Optimisation
: Continuously test, learn, and improve marketing initiatives for maximum impact.
Analytics & Reporting
: Establish a data-driven approach to track performance and deliver insights that inform decision-making.
Team Leadership
: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
What You Bring to the Marketing Manager role:
5+ years in a fast-paced, results-driven marketing role--ideally in tech or SaaS. Legal/conveyancing experience is also needed.
Demonstrated impact on business growth--be ready to share real examples.
Strong experience with B2B marketing in agile environments.
Deep expertise in several of the listed functional areas, with an ability to quickly learn the rest.
A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
This Marketing Manager position will be paying up to 60,000 and will see you working on a remote basis. If you are interested in the role please apply.
