Backed by a stable parent company, they are scaling fast and are hiring Advertising and Marketing Executives to take ownership of both performance-driven campaigns and brand-building initiatives, ensuring their technology reaches and resonates with global audiences.
The Role
We are hiring executives with at least 5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, ideally in SaaS, e-commerce, or fashion technology. Each executive will specialise in one of two key areas:
Performance & Growth: drive results via paid campaigns, funnels, and analytics.
Brand & Partnerships: build credibility via content, case studies, partnerships, and PR.
Both roles require proven success delivering measurable outcomes, from lead generation to brand impact. We are willing to merge both roles into one, for a candidate with the right experience.
What You'll Do
Performance/Growth Marketing Executive
Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns (Meta, Google Search/PMAX/YouTube, LinkedIn).
Build and test landing pages and conversion funnels.
Manage and report on campaign metrics (CAC, ROAS, CTR/CVR, lead quality).
Collaborate with content and design teams to rapidly test and refine creatives.
Brand & Partnerships Marketing Executive
Create case studies, campaigns, and content to build long-term brand authority.
Manage influencer/affiliate outreach, especially within WooCommerce and fashion networks.
Develop and execute editorial calendars (blogs, PR, newsletters, social content).
Expand brand reach in digital communities and industry media.
Must-Haves
5+ years of professional marketing experience with demonstrable success.
Clear evidence of past campaigns with measurable ROI or brand impact.
Experience owning campaign cycles end-to-end (brief ? launch ? optimise ? report).
Strong command of analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
Ability to demonstrate results with data (CAC, ROAS, engagement, lead quality).
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with WooCommerce or WordPress ecosystem marketing.
Existing network of agencies, influencers, or affiliates.
Strong copywriting and creative briefing skills.
Familiarity with SEO, automation tools, and community growth strategies.
