Job Purpose



The Advertising and Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing advertising and marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement and sales. The role involves working across both digital and traditional channels to create effective promotional strategies.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and implement marketing and advertising campaigns across multiple channels (print, TV, radio, online, social media, outdoor). Research market trends, target audiences, and competitor activities to inform campaign strategies. Liaise with creative teams, designers, and content creators to produce compelling promotional material. Manage budgets for advertising and promotional activities. Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media management, SEO, PPC advertising, email marketing, and website updates. Analyse online engagement data to refine digital marketing strategies. Monitor and respond to online customer reviews and inquiries to maintain brand reputation. Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and values. Assist in developing the company's brand identity and messaging. Organise promotional events, exhibitions, and sponsorship opportunities to enhance brand visibility. Conduct surveys, focus groups, and other market research to understand customer needs and preferences. Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, preparing reports for management. Recommend adjustments to strategies based on data insights. Work closely with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with business objectives. Coordinate with external agencies, media representatives, and suppliers to ensure timely campaign delivery. Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.

Skills & Competencies



Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creativity and innovation in developing marketing content and strategies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data. Project management and organisational skills. Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, CRM systems). Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience of 3-5 Year in advertising, marketing, or a similar role. Knowledge of both digital and traditional marketing channels. Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is desirable.

Pay: 33,400.00 per year
