We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication and relationship building with clients. They will have fire in their belly, be hungry and have a can do attitude. Proven sales track record of 1 year minimum required.
Basic package starting from 25k with an excellent uncapped commission, that could result in an OTE of more than 100k per year, if you reach your potential.
Duties
*Sell marketing, advertising, sponsorships for both print and digital spaces to SME and corporate clients
*Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
*Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions
*Utilise HubSpot CRM to track sales activities and maintain customer records
*Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and objectives
*Hit weekly targets and monthly targets
*Grow business into national and global markets.
*Will be required to travel
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or a related field, preferably in media and advertising.
- Good understanding of the media or advertising industry both print and digital is advantageous, but training will be given.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Hubspot or similar CRM software
We are a growing company, so are looking for dynamic and ambitious people, who also have a desire for making money. Some knowledge of marketing and how advertising works would be helpful but not necessary, as ful training will be given.
