Hothouse Media -- publishers of Octane, Magneto, The Concours Year and organisers of Concours on Savile Row -- is looking for a confident, motivated Advertising Sales Executive to join our growing commercial team. This role is ideal for someone with proven sales experience (media sales preferred), a strong interest in cars, and the confidence to build relationships with dealers, specialists and automotive service providers. If you are not afraid of the phone, enjoy developing new business and want to grow your career within a respected automotive media company, we'd like to hear from you. --- Key Responsibilities Sell digital and print advertising across newsletters, websites, the classifieds marketplace and our market-leading magazines Build and manage relationships with classic car dealers, specialists and service providers Prospect and develop new business through confident outreach and calling Manage your own sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets Work closely with editorial, digital and production teams to deliver campaigns accurately and on time Contribute ideas to strengthen digital and commercial growth across all Hothouse brands --- Essential Requirements (Applications without these will not be considered) At least 1 year of sales experience (media, automotive or advertising sales strongly preferred) Comfortable and confident making outbound sales calls A genuine interest in cars, preferably classic or collector cars Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently Good time-management skills and ability to work to targets Right to work in the UK --- Desirable (but not essential) Experience selling digital advertising Experience working with automotive clients Knowledge of CRM systems Understanding of digital media, newsletters or online marketplaces --- What We Offer Competitive salary with performance-based commission Hybrid working (office based in Raunds, Northamptonshire) Opportunity to work with leading brands in the classic and collector car world A supportive, energetic and enthusiast-driven environment Genuine scope for career progression within a growing business . --- To Apply Please include your CV and a short cover note explaining your relevant sales experience and interest in cars.
