We give people the knowledge and confidence they need to find their way forward - whoever they are, and whatever their problem. Our local office is part of the national Citizens Advice charity and network offering confidential advice online, over the phone, and in person, for free.

We are expanding our advice team and looking for people who share our values and are looking for a career in advice services. An adviser role could cover a number of projects; which could include working on a helpline or within our community. Staff benefits include:

Training and support will be given to successful applicants and all new starters will join our Advice Academy. You\'ll be based in our Mountain Ash office throughout your training. Some roles offer a hybrid model. Hybrid working could include home, community or office based roles. We have offices in Mountain Ash, as well as our new office in Pontypridd. We do not offer home working or remote only roles as we believe working within our office, around like-minded people is a fantastic place to be. We reserve the right to close applications early.
