PKF Littlejohn Advisory Limited is a specialist restructuring, advisory and insolvency practice and part of the PKF network with offices in Leeds, London and Manchester. We provide advice and solutions to a wide variety of stakeholder groups across a broad range of industry sectors. Our professionals include :
A dedicated investigation and forensic team which predominantly administer insolvency cases where there has been an indication of fraud or dishonest conduct.
A dedicated financial services team with extensive experience dealing with distressed regulated businesses including Credit Unions, EMIs, SIPP administrators and more.
A core team involved with both trading and non-trading Administrations, CVAs and both solvent and insolvent liquidations

Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Administrator to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a number of years of experience in restructuring and insolvency, with a strong understanding of the relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of restructuring and insolvency cases from inception to closure, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements.
Conduct financial analysis and prepare detailed reports on the financial status of distressed companies.
Assist in the preparation of proposals, reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
Liaise with legal advisors, accountants, and other professionals to ensure the smooth progression of cases.
Attend meetings with clients, creditors, and other stakeholders to discuss case progress and strategies.
Keep up to date with changes in insolvency legislation and best practices.
Person Specification
Previous experience in restructuring, advisory or insolvency.
Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CPI, or part-qualified with a commitment to completing qualifications.
Strong knowledge of UK insolvency legislation and procedures.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
High proficiency in IPS case and diary management
Highly organised and motivated
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
