Salary: xc2xa325,210 pro rata

This exciting summer placement offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the advocacy strategies of some of the world's most recognized beauty brands. Working within a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you will be at the forefront of influencer engagement, media relations, and impactful event execution. This role is perfect for a highly motivated and creative individual with a passion for the beauty industry and a strong understanding of the digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities:

• Influencer Activations: Conceptualize, develop, and execute targeted influencer activations (e.g., mailers, seeding programs) to drive measurable results. This involves end-to-end project management, from initial brainstorming to post-campaign analysis.
• Agency Management: Collaborate effectively with external agencies to ensure the delivery of high-quality content and seamless execution of influencer programs and PR mailouts.
• Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of brand events, ensuring flawless logistics and impactful experiences for attendees.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize tracking platforms to analyze campaign performance, extract key insights, and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
• Media Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor influencer activity and press coverage, identifying and sharing key wins and opportunities with relevant teams.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, media, activation) to ensure cohesive and successful product launches and brand campaigns.
• Press Office Support: Manage daily press office functions, including responding to media inquiries, managing product samples, and coordinating logistics using internal systems.
