ProMedical is currently recruiting experienced A&E Nurses to join our esteemed NHS client in NHS. Due to increased demand, we are offering both day and night shifts, allowing for flexible scheduling in advance. This is an exciting opportunity for dedicated A&E Nurses to provide exceptional care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Accident & Emergency (A&E) department. Perform assessments, administer treatments, and monitor patient progress. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Respond promptly to emergency situations, demonstrating quick decision-making skills. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Provide support and guidance to patients and their families, ensuring clear communication. Adhere to all NHS protocols and guidelines to ensure patient safety and confidentiality.

Requirements:

Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (Adult). Minimum of 1 year experience working in an A&E department. Strong clinical skills with the ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to cover day and night shifts as required. Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

Pay: 20.00-40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7.5 - 55 per week
