We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate A&E Nurse to join our dynamic team.. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
Assess and triage patients presenting with various medical conditions and injuries.
Provide immediate care and treatment to patients in accordance with established protocols.
Monitor vital signs and administer medications as prescribed.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and follow-up care.
Participate in continuous professional development and training to enhance nursing skills.
Requirements
Registered Nurse qualification with valid nursing licence.
Proven experience in an A&E or critical care setting is preferred.
Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to inform patient assessments.
Excellent patient care skills with a focus on empathy and communication.
Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
