We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Aerospace Lecturer to deliver high-quality theoretical and practical instruction to learners and apprentices. This role involves teaching in both classroom and workshop environments, supporting students

Staff employed at Coleg y Cymoedd will have responsibility for the safeguarding and for the promoting the welfare of learner.

Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Lecturer to join our academic team. This role requires excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, and a passion for teaching.

Responsibilities



Deliver lectures and seminars in your area of expertise, ensuring that content is relevant and engaging. Develop and implement innovative teaching methods that enhance student learning. Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, examinations, and feedback. Provide academic support and guidance to students, helping them achieve their educational goals. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and departmental initiatives. Stay current with developments in your field to ensure course content remains up-to-date. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the overall academic community.

Experience



A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in your subject area. Previous teaching experience at the higher education level is desirable. Strong IT skills to facilitate effective teaching and communication. Demonstrated leadership abilities within an educational setting are advantageous. Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to organise course materials effectively and manage classroom dynamics.

Pay: 26,019.00-49,962.00 per year
