We currently have a number of requirements now and throughout the year for eager and committed team members for our Composites Laminator manufacturing teams. Full training will be provided .
About You:
With an orderbook extending out into the next decade, we are looking for you to join our team as a Composite Laminator, with full training provided. You will play a crucial role in the production of composite parts used in the aerospace industry. To excel in this role, you should possess the following attributes:

• An ability to learn and understand our processing techniques and materials used in the process, including learning the correct lay-up of pre-impregnated glass/carbon into mould tools, vacuum bagging, and resin infusion techniques. Relevant training will be provided.

• You will have precision, attention to detail and take pride in being able to follow complex technical drawings and specifications accurately, ensuring that every product meets the highest quality standards. Relevant training will be provided.

• You will have excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity, enabling you to perform intricate tasks with precision and care. Your steady hands and keen eye for detail will ensure the integrity and quality of each laminated part.

• Challenges and unexpected issues will motivate you to find effective solutions and you will have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving problems, to support the smooth production processes.

• You can collaborate well with others, communicate effectively, and contribute to a positive and productive team atmosphere. Your willingness to share knowledge and support your colleagues will be highly valued.

• You can comply with all Health & Safety measures within the Cleanroom and the wider organisation and be commitment to supporting and maintaining a safe work environment that protects you, your teammates and our customers. Safety is a priority for you.

• You are flexible and adaptable, able to adjust to changing production demands and priorities and ready to take on new challenges with enthusiasm.

• You can work in a manufacturing environment. Ensuring cleanliness, organisation and maintenance of own work area and wider Cleanroom area.

Based in Bromborough, Teledyne CML Composites is a fast-growing manufacturer, supplying carbon/glass fibre composite parts and assemblies to some of the world's leading aircraft and aero engine producers. Operating across three distinct product groups namely commercial, defence and business jet products, this role is an opportunity to join a team putting the finishing touches to our highly technical products.
