Job Summary

We are seeking a polished and proactive

Aesthetic Clinic Assistant

to support both our treatment team and day-to-day clinic operations. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-end clinical environment and is confident supporting aesthetic treatments, managing patient communications, and helping the clinic run smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Support

Assist the team whilst they perform injectable and energy-based treatments (e.g., Morpheus8, Lumecca, microneedling) Prepare, clean, and reset treatment rooms to the highest standard Welcome and check in patients, ensuring a calm and professional environment Take and manage clinical photography (before-and-after images) Handle payments and deliver post-treatment care instructions Monitor and maintain stock levels, treatment supplies, and clinic setup

Patient Communication & Admin

Respond to WhatsApp messages and patient enquiries professionally and in the clinic's tone of voice Support with patient bookings, follow-ups, and aftercare communication Help manage patient records using PHOREST (or similar) clinic software Liaise with the wider team across both London and Chester locations Assist with light admin, scheduling, and occasional reception duties

Content & Event Support

Support filming or content creation days with setup and coordination Assist with behind-the-scenes content or photography (if comfortable) Help organise and run patient events, practitioner training days, and launches

What We're Looking For

Experience working in an

aesthetic, clinical, or beauty treatment setting

(essential) Confidence assisting during injectable and device-based treatments

Level 3 qualification

in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or Healthcare (preferred) Warm, polished, and professional with excellent communication skills Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using booking/payment systems, emails, and iPads (training provided)

Working Hours

3 days per week (24 hours total) Weekday availability required (specific days to be agreed) Flexibility for occasional evenings or content support is a bonus
