Summary

We are seeking a Doctors chaperone/Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients at Dr Rasha Clinic. This role is crucial in ensuring a welcoming environment and providing excellent customer service as we expand our operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, friendly, and committed to enhancing the patient experience.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor. Manage appointment scheduling and ensure efficient patient flow throughout the clinic. Handle phone calls and inquiries, providing accurate information about services offered. Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with regulations. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence. Collaborate with clinical staff to support the delivery of high-quality patient care. Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service. Adhere to clinic policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain high standards of service. Receiving and checking orders Ensuring the clinic environment is clean and inviting Assisting the Doctors and chaperoning patients Assisting with the set-up & close down of the clinic Maintaining high standards of customer service at all times Responding to any guest enquiries in a timely manner Ensuring clinic facilities are in good working order Addressing any complaints in a professional manner

Requirements

Proven experience as a doctors chaperone or receptionist or in a similar aesthetic clinic practice. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficient in using office software and scheduling systems.
