As the Aesthetic Lead Therapist at BM Aesthetics Clinic, your primary goal is to ensure that every client receives a 5-star experience. You will lead by example, drive sales, and uphold our high brand standards. Your role will be divided between hands-on treatments (70%) and administrative and team management responsibilities (30%).

Key Responsibilities:

Lead by Example:

Deliver excellence in service, setting the standard for the team.

Client Experience:

Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients leave satisfied. Perform consultations and perform advanced skin and body treatments.

Team Leadership:

Foster a positive and motivating team environment, supporting staff development.

Training and Mentoring:

Train and mentor staff to reach their full potential.

Sales and Targets:

Drive sales and achieve targets, contributing to the clinic's growth.

Operations Support:

Ensure the smooth running of the clinic, including administrative tasks. Coordinate staff schedules to maintain coverage throughout operational hours, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Strategic Collaboration:

Work with management on strategic initiatives to drive clinic success. Contribute to the development and implementation of treatment and clinical protocols.
Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years in beauty therapy. NVQ Level 3 in General Beauty and NVQ Level 4 IPL and laser is a must. Experience in leading a team. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Basic proficiency in Excel and Word. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Strong organisational skills to manage tasks effectively. High level of spoken and written English. Must be authorised to work in the United Kingdom.

Pay: 18.00-20.00 per hour
