The ideal candidate will already be qualified and confident in delivering safe, results-driven aesthetic, skin or laser treatments, while maintaining exceptional standards of client care and clinic presentation.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about aesthetics, laser technology, and skincare - who also enjoys contributing to social media content and being part of a modern, growing clinic environment.

The successful applicant will be taken on part time for a probationary period with the opportunity to progress to more hours with commission based pay.

Duties & Responsibilities

Perform treatments in accordance with training and clinic protocols. Conduct thorough consultations, patch tests, and treatment plans for each client. Deliver an outstanding client experience with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail. Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with GDPR. Manage bookings, rebookings, and cancellations through the clinic system. Handle client payments, deposits, and assist with daily administrative tasks. Prepare treatment rooms, maintain cleanliness, and restock supplies as needed. Support stock management and ordering of consumables. Capture and assist with creating social media content using tools such as Canva, CapCut, and Instagram. Collaborate with the wider team to uphold the clinic's luxury brand image and client experience. Stay informed on new technologies, skin health, and best practice within laser and aesthetics, including attendance at conferences.

Skills & Requirements

Must hold a recognised Level 5 or 7 in Aesthetics

Must hold a recognised Level 4 qualification (or equivalent) in Laser and IPL if partaking in Laser treatments

Proven experience delivering aesthetic, skin or laser hair removal treatments to a high standard. Strong understanding of safety and client suitability assessments. Confident using Instagram, Canva, and CapCut for basic content creation. Excellent communication and client care skills. Professional, reliable, and well-presented. Highly organised with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. Passionate about skin health, results, and aesthetic excellence.
