Salary:

30,000 + commission

3+ years in a luxury/5-star aesthetic clinic

What You'll Be Doing

Conduct thorough consultations and advanced skin analysis to create truly bespoke treatment plans Perform advanced aesthetic treatments Deliver the luxury, personalised experience that's earned us features in Elle, Marie Claire, Vanity Fair, and Harper's Bazaar Maintain meticulous records and uphold our uncompromising safety standards
Building Lasting Relationships

Create trust-based relationships that turn first-time clients into loyal advocates Educate clients on treatment options and homecare with confidence and integrity Achieve rebooking and retail targets while always prioritising what's right for the client

What We're Looking For

?

Level 4 Beauty Therapy

qualification (NVQ/VTCT or equivalent)

?

Level 4 qualifications

in laser/IPL, chemical peels, and microneedling

?

3+ years hands-on experience

in a luxury or 5-star aesthetic clinic environment

?

Proven track record

of delivering excellent client outcomes and satisfaction

Technical Excellence

Expert in laser & IPL treatments (hair removal, pigmentation, skin rejuvenation) Advanced facial treatments (HydraFacial, medical-grade peels and facials) Microneedling (including RF microneedling ) Body contouring treatments (Coolsculpting, RF, HIFU, Thermage) Deep understanding of skin conditions, contraindications, and safety protocols
