Duties



Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients and visitors with enquiries Maintain accurate records and organise documentation efficiently Support daily operational tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication Assist in organising meetings, events, or training sessions as required Handle incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication professionally Ensure the workspace remains tidy, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements

Qualifications



Proven experience in a similar administrative or organisational role is desirable but not essential Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Strong verbal and written communication skills in British English Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar programmes Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment A professional demeanour with attention to detail and confidentiality Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 18.00-20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
