A small doctor led aesthetic and skin clinic is looking to add another part-time aesthetic therapist to their staff. This CQC registered, specialist skin clinic in Winchester with over 20 years at this site, has a large patient base and a strong ethos in patient centred care.

We aim to give our patients the very best in evidence based aesthetic treatments that will make a significant impact in their quality of life and psychological well-being. We are a very small team that prides ourselves in our reputation and delivering excellence is always our goal.

This role will have some responsibilities as front of house (answering the phone, dealing with patient enquiries, booking appointments, and covering the front desk) but the main responsibility of the role is as an advanced aesthetic therapist. Therefore, we are looking for a dynamic, hardworking, experienced aesthetic therapist who has previously had experience in a medispa or aesthetic clinic.

The role offers a generous salary and commission on sales of treatments. Pension contributions will be made and there is onsite parking with a very generous staff discount.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Experience, Qualifications and Personal Qualities.

Qualified to Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent), Level 4 is highly desirable. A knowledge of microdermabrasion, microneedling, chemical peels, CoolSculpting, medical grade skincare products and IPL hair removal is desirable, although training on specific treatments will be provided. Experience and Qualifications in Laser would be very desirable and command a greater salary base. (The clinic has an Erbium Yag laser). A minimum of 2 years' experience within either an Aesthetics, Medispa, Day Spa, or Salon environment is essential. Must be a team player, with an honest, positive can-do attitude, who is willing to chip in with various roles The successful applicant will need to maintain contemporaneous notes and respect patient confidentiality and dignity. Applicants will be expected to complete statutory, mandatory training including basic life support. Applicants must be passionate about giving great customer service and must have a cheery disposition and be approachable and polite. Experience of working to sales targets is not essential but desirable and the successful candidate should be happy to get involved with promotional activity. Applicants should be willing and able to work a minimum of one weekend a month and late openings given enough notice. Applicant must have a professional telephone manner and be calm, efficient and organized. Applicants will be expected to book appointments, take payments including cash, cheques and credit / debit cards. Applicants need to present themselves professionally and maintain uniform provided to a high standard. Strong IT skills (Microsoft office) are essential and previous experience with CRM systems (

e.g.

Pabua

) are essential.
