We are seeking a talented and professional Aesthetician to join our dynamic team. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing customised treatments, managing client relationships, and supporting the overall success of our clinic. Experience in management, social media management, and customer service is highly valued, along with a strong understanding of hospitality and upselling techniques.

Responsibilities

Deliver a range of aesthetic treatments including advanced facials, laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation treatments, Electrolysis and some beauty treatments. Provide personalised consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable treatments. Manage guest services with professionalism, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at all times. Handle front desk duties such as appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and maintaining accurate records. Utilise social media platforms to promote services, engage with clients, and enhance the salon's online presence. Upsell products and additional treatments to maximise client satisfaction and business growth. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of treatment rooms in compliance with health and safety standards. Assist with management tasks as required, including inventory control and staff coordination. Support the delivery of specialised services such as advanced skincare treatments where applicable. Foster excellent communication skills to ensure clear client interactions and team collaboration.

Qualifications

recognised qualification in aesthetics or beauty therapy recognised by relevant industry bodies. Proven experience in delivering aesthetic treatments such as Soprano Laser hair removal, Microneedling, Electrolysis using Diathermie Machine and work experience with brands like Deramquest, Mesoesthetic and Alumier is an advantage. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Experience in social media management and marketing is desirable. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently within a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of hospitality standards and guest service excellence. Skills in upselling products and services to enhance client experience and business revenue. Previous experience in management or supervisory roles is advantageous but not essential.
