We are currently seeking a

junior or developing Aesthetician

to join our team, with opportunities to train in advanced treatments and technologies. This role will suit someone who is confident delivering core aesthetic treatments and has a strong customer service mindset, with a desire to progress and contribute to a supportive, high-performing team.

Role Overview



You will provide high-quality, results-focused skincare treatments, assist with front-of-house duties as required, and play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional client journey from start to finish. You'll work closely with the team, with opportunities for ongoing training and development in advanced procedures.

Key Responsibilities



Skin & Aesthetic Treatments



Deliver a range of in-clinic treatments (training provided where required), including:

Electrolysis & Advanced Electrolysis

Medi Facials

OBSERVE Skin Scanner

skin consultations

IPL treatments

(hair removal, pigmentation, and vascular issues - with training support)

Endymed RF

: Tighten, Contour, Intensif (training offered for the right candidate) Welcome and guide patients through their treatment experience, ensuring comfort and safety throughout Carry out consultations and skin assessments with professionalism, referring to senior team members when needed Educate patients on at-home skincare routines and recommend relevant retail products to support results Maintain accurate treatment records, obtain consent forms, and provide clear aftercare instructions Assist in preparing treatment rooms and managing stock and consumables

Front-of-House Support (as required)



Welcome patients on arrival, check them in, and ensure a smooth transition to and from treatment rooms Book, reschedule, and manage appointments via phone, email, text, WhatsApp, and web submissions Respond to general enquiries across platforms including social media Convert enquiries into bookings and follow up on leads when needed Process payments (cash, card) and issue receipts Support patient file management, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Help maintain the clinic's daily operations, including housekeeping and hygiene protocols

Gain hands-on training in advanced aesthetic systems such as

Attend regular team meetings, training sessions, and CPD opportunities Learn about new treatments, protocols, and skincare technologies to expand your scope of practice Work under the guidance of Dr. Pradnya Apte and senior clinicians to grow your skills and confidence

What We're Looking For



NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (Essential)

Minimum

2 years' experience

in a clinic or salon environment Strong interest in skin health, advanced aesthetics, and customer care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organised, proactive, and confident using appointment systems and administrative tools A commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement Willingness to cover reception and assist with clinic support tasks as part of a team
