Provide exceptional massage services, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal, and sports massages, tailored to each client's needs and preferences (THAI massage proficiency, Moroccan hammam experience would be advantageous)

Ensure a warm and welcoming experience for all guests, from the initial consultation to the post-massage care.

Maintain a clean, organized, and serene massage environment, adhering to strict sanitation protocols.

Actively communicate with clients to understand their goals and adjust techniques accordingly.

Stay up-to-date with the latest massage techniques and industry trends through ongoing training and professional development.

Promote the spa's services and products while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.

Licensed Massage Therapist with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a spa or wellness centre setting.

Comprehensive knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and various massage modalities.

Evaluate clients' skin conditions and concerns through consultation and analysis to recommend appropriate treatments and products

Perform a variety of facial treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, facial massages, the HydraFacial treatment, and microneedling to address specific skin concerns

Provide body treatments like body wraps, scrubs, massages, the Morpheus8 treatment for skin tightening and contouring, and other advanced modalities

Operate equipment such as lasers, intense pulsed light (IPL) devices, radiofrequency machines, and LED light therapy for hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and anti-aging treatments

Educate clients on proper skincare routines, product recommendations, pre and post-treatment care

Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, sterilizing equipment and following strict protocols

Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, techniques, products, and training for advanced treatments and equipment

High school diploma or equivalent

Completion of accredited aesthetician training with certifications for advanced treatments like HydraFacial, microneedling, laser/IPL etc.

Comprehensive knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, conditions, products and advanced treatment modalities

Expertise in operating lasers, microneedling devices, chemical peel machines and other specialized equipment

Excellent communication skills to consult with clients and explain complex treatments

Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols for advanced treatments

Physical stamina to perform treatments while standing for long periods

Outstanding customer service skills to provide a professional experience
