As an Aesthetician, you will be responsible for delivering a range of beauty and wellness services, ensuring that each patient feels valued and pampered. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage expectations will be essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Perform a range of aesthetic services including customized facials, chemical peels, laser hair removal and more. Provide skin consultations and develop individualized treatment plans. Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms in compliance with health and safety standards. Upsell additional services or products to enhance the patient experience. Manage appointment bookings and maintain an organised schedule. Consistently work toward and achieve monthly performance and retail targets Foster positive relationships with clients through excellent customer service and hospitality. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to provide the best possible service.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years experience in a clinical or medspa setting within the beauty or wellness industry. Certification or relevant qualifications in aesthetics or beauty therapy. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with patients. Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A passion for beauty, wellness, and providing exceptional patient experiences.

Pay: 30,000.00-32,000.00 per year
