Due to continuing growth and development of Merlin\xe2\x80\x99s attractions and brands on a global scale, we are looking for a Affiliate Executive \xe2\x80\x93 Short Breaks to join our Marketing team within the Technical Hub office in Thorpe Park. Job Scope\xe2\x80\xa6
Embark on an exciting opportunity to spearhead, fine-tune and oversee a dynamic in-house affiliate programme dedicated to Merlin\xe2\x80\x99s UK Resorts\' short breaks, featuring renowned destinations such as Alton Towers, Chessington World of Adventures, LEGOLAND Windsor and Thorpe Park accommodations.

As the driving force behind this venture, you\'ll be at the forefront of day-to-day platform management, cultivating relationships with affiliate partners through skilful negotiation and providing insightful analysis of KPIs. Your role will be a collaborative one, working closely with eCommerce, Resort Sales, Marketing teams and the centre of excellence team to propel the program to new heights.
About the Role\xe2\x80\xa6

• Oversee daily affiliate operations, including partner recruitment, commission adjustments, content updates, order verification, KPI analysis and campaign implementation.
• Cultivate strong affiliate relationships to boost overall performance through personalised collaborations and support.
• Provide tracking and reporting support using Google Analytics and ISO tools.
• Lead key short breaks campaigns by managing partner placements within our affiliate program.
• Own the agile affiliate briefing process, ensuring prompt delivery of quality placements and campaigns.
• Deliver weekly reports, identifying KPIs and offering insights for optimal performance and ROI.
• Utilise data and analytics for informed, data-driven decisions to refine the affiliate program.
• Collaborate with the affiliate network for a best-in-class program, promoting a culture of excellence.
• Conduct regular competitor analysis, disseminating best practices for consistent industry standards adherence.
• Deliver weekly reports to monitor performance across channels, with monthly reporting for in-depth analysis.
• Collaborate with local attraction stakeholders, especially local marketing teams, to provide a unified solution aligned with specific requirements.
• Partner with Resorts Digital, UK Resorts sales and marketing teams to craft impactful campaigns, establishing a robust alliance with Partnerize for stellar, budget-aligned affiliate performance.

About You\xe2\x80\xa6

• Proficient in Affiliate networks, preferably Partnerize and/or Affiliate Window.
• Hands-on experience managing affiliate accounts and campaigns.
• Excel proficiency for creating and updating reports, working with extensive datasets for insightful analysis.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Passionate and driven individual with a demonstrated enthusiasm for digital.
• Strong organisational skills, adept at multitasking and thriving in a hands-on role.
