The Affiliate Manager, reporting to a Senior Online Acquisition Manager, will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimising iD's affiliate marketing program to drive customer acquisition, increase brand awareness, and achieve revenue targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, results-oriented, and passionate about Putting Customer First.

As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:
Affiliate Program Development & Management:
Support your line manager to deliver affiliates strategy working with Awin team, affiliate partners and Currys Group brands
Identify, recruit and onboard new affiliate partners
Support the negotiation and management of affiliate agreements, commission structures, and performance incentives
Manage monthly commission validation, invoices and payments
Ensure alignment with internal stakeholders in the Trading and Marketing teams
Present data and reports to a range of audiences
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, company policies and brand guidelines
Affiliate Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, providing ongoing support and guidance
Communicate effectively with affiliate partners and manage queries with an aim to reduce any frictions from the journey
Manage multiple product feeds including bespoke affiliate feeds
Organise and conduct regular affiliate meetings and business reviews
Performance Tracking & Analysis:
Work closely with the Digital Insight team to monitor and analyse performance, identifying areas for improvement
Track and analyse KPIs
Generate regular reports on program performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation
Utilise affiliate marketing platforms and analytics tools to monitor and analyse campaign performance
Identify and mitigate fraudulent affiliate activity
Campaign Management & Optimisation:
Working with stakeholders across the relevant teams, develop and manage affiliate marketing plans
Optimise campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve target KPIs
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams, such as digital marketing, customer, trading, marketing and commercial, to ensure alignment and synergy
Work with the legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to relevant regulations and policies
Work with the team to ensure that the affiliate program is driving the correct type of customer
You will need:
Proven experience in affiliate marketing and affiliate programs preferably within the telecommunications industry/related field
Experience with affiliate marketing platforms, analytics tools and CMS platforms
Independently managed relationship with affiliate partners and commission validations through affiliates halo-effect
Excellent communication, presenting, negotiation and problem solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data manipulation
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration/related field
