We are seeking a After Sales Customer Care Advisor to join our team. Hours will be 10.30-12.30 + 1.00-3.00 Mon-Fri
Some flexibility within these daily hours may be possible for the right candidate but you wil need to be present Mon-Fri
Duties
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing clear solutions and support.
Manage after-sales processes including product returns, exchanges, warranty claims, and follow-up communications. All our products are sold direct so no physical handling of stock will be required.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using data entry tools and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
Assist clients with troubleshooting issues related to products or services, offering technical guidance when necessary.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, technical support, suppliers and logistics to ensure customer needs are fully met.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to create positive experiences for every customer interaction.
Requirements
Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
Experience in customer support or call center roles, especially in after-sales or client services environments is an advantage but not essential, a good phone manner, efficiency and empathy iare required skills.
Exceptional communication skills--both verbal and written--with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Proficiency in general computer skills for data entry and documentation.
Good analysis skills to interpret customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
