What will you be doing?

Reporting to the Group Dealer principal, as the After sales Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our after sales operation with a view to achieve and exceed targets set whilst ensuring the highest level of service to our customers.

Further accountability's will include:

Setting the standards for compliance, behavior and work ethics that place the customer at the heart of everything that we do Identifying and seeking new business and retaining current business Providing strong leadership that helps achieve the required performance standards and successful outcomes and
maximum customer satisfaction

Ensuring that customers vehicles are serviced, maintained and repaired to agreed standards and to planned schedules. Maintaining appropriate relationships with our brand manufacturer Kia Managing the After sales departments at our two sites Nottingham and Derby Delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
. o Be a leader and have a 'can do' attitude at all times

The successful After sales Manager will have a strong recent or current experience of working as a Service or After sales Manager within a medium to large franchise approved automotive dealership. You will need to be effective in managing and supporting colleagues and have the drive and determination to maintain policies that constantly improve customer satisfaction and our client's reputation. You will need to be IT literate and have a UK driving licence with minimal points.
