Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to manage relationships with partner schools and ensure the smooth delivery of our programs throughout the academic year.
Main Responsibilities
Coordinate the implementation of activities in partner schools.
Schedule and follow up on meetings with school contacts.
Prepare proposals and supporting documentation.
Monitor program delivery and liaise with internal teams.
Report progress and identify improvement opportunities.
Other Responsibilities
Manage communication and coordination with facilitators, including maintaining all required documentation.
Ensure that schools have the complete and updated facilitator documentation.
Support facilitator recruitment and take part in their onboarding and training processes.
Guarantee that all logistical and operational aspects are in place for classes to take place successfully.
