Before and After School Club Assistant;

Clearly Education Ltd are looking for Childcare Practitioners to work in our clients established and successful Before and After School Clubs based in and around the Chelmsford area.

The ideal candidate would be enthusiastic, creative and have a positive mindset when caring for and educating the children. Experience of working with primary aged children is ideal.

Our Before School Clubs run from 7.15-8.30 am and most of our After School Clubs run from 2.45-6.00 pm.

Clearly Education Ltd takes the safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults very seriously and always seeks to follow best and most recent practice. We ask for all candidates to adhere to our safeguarding children and safer recruitment in education policy.

To be considered for this position we ask that you are:

You have relevant experience of working with children and are confident with working with children up to the age of 11 years.

You have the confidence to be down at the children's level, fully engaging and supporting them in their play and education.

You are proactive and can use your own initiative but are confident enough to ask questions when needed.

You adhere and follow all policies and procedures set out by Clearly Education and the setting, including those that involve safeguarding children.

You have a DBS (Criminal Records Check) or be willing to purchase one and add it to the update service.

All successful applicants will be put through safeguarding checks and have an enhanced DBS check which will be put on the update service prior to going out to work.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-13.68 per hour
