The ideal applicant will have experience of working with children from the ages of 4 to 11. A qualification in childcare would be desirable, although not essential. The role would involve supervising the children's play within a caring environment, organising craft activities and ensuring all equipment is available for the children to use. The successful applicant must be able to work within a small team, whilst also using their own initiative within a changing environment.
Working hours will be 2.45pm until 5.45pm Monday to Friday during term time (38 weeks). There is also a requirement to work on a rota until 6pm, a level of flexibility will be required.
