Overview:
We're seeking a confident and reliable
After School Club Leader
to take charge of our growing provision. This role is key to ensuring consistency, structure, and a positive atmosphere for both children and staff. You'll lead the daily running of the club, support team members, and help us expand from two to three local schools-all within walking distance of the nursery. This is a term-time only position, ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and thrives in a leadership role.Responsibilities:
Lead the safe collection of children from school and ensure smooth transitions to the nursery Oversee snack time, ensuring all children are served appropriately and dietary needs are met Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote creativity and wellbeing Support children with homework tasks or reading, encouraging focus and confidence Maintain a clean and organised club space at the end of each session Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the club and support team members as needed Attend inset days (3 per year) for training and development Lead staff meetings every other month to support communication and consistency
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 13.21 per hour
