After School Club Playworker
Hours of Post: 9 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 3pm to 6pm
Contract Type: Permanent, Term Time only
Salary Grade: Scale 2, points 3 to 4 - 12.45 to 12.65 (pay award pending)
(pro rata salary 4,998.95 to 5,077.39)
Start Date: As soon as possible
We require a committed individual to work with our excellent team of staff to care for our children who attend our popular afterschool club. The playworker will work with colleagues to provide a calm and relaxed atmosphere in which children can pursue leisure activities. The team build positive relationships with our children, and plan fun and engaging activities for our children.
This is an exciting opportunity for a person with good interpersonal skills, a calm approach and a desire to make a difference.
