TechyTots, a leading provider of after-school clubs across Sutton, Cheam, Epsom, and nearby areas, is expanding due to popular demand! We're looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team.
About the Role:
As an After-School Club Teacher, you'll introduce young minds to the basics of coding in a fun and engaging way. Don't worry if you're not a coding expert--
full training will be provided
! Classes run for around an hour, typically between
3 pm and 4:30 pm
depending on the school.
What We're Looking For:
At least
1 year of experience
working with children.
Confident to lead a class independently.
Organised
and able to work independently while following guidelines.
Someone who can take direction but isn't afraid to show initiative.
Tech-savvy
and comfortable with basic technology.
Punctual, hardworking, and reliable.
A
full driving license
and your own transport are essential.
An Enhanced DBS check is desirable (on the update system), but we can help arrange one if needed.

Responsibilities
Supervise and engage children in TechyTots activities during after school hours, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns.
Maintain a clean and organised space, ensuring all materials are safe and accessible.
Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social and emotional growth.
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: 13.50-18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2 - 4 per week
Education:
GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
Driving Licence and a Car (required)
