We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Children's Dance Coach to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for running a children's after-school dance club in Andover - this is a term time position.
Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging dance classes tailored to a mixed dance ability group of Primary school children
Motivate children to get engaged and participate.
Organise warm-up routines, choreography, and performance preparation
Monitor children's progress and adapt coaching methods accordingly
Ensure a safe environment by adhering to health and safety guidelines during all activities
Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages teamwork and self-expression
Assist in organising dance events, competitions, or showcases as required
Qualifications
Proven experience in dance coaching is highly desirable
Strong teaching skills with the ability to communicate effectively with students of all ages
Passionate about dance and committed to inspiring others
Organised with excellent time management skills
Ability to motivate and encourage while maintaining discipline when necessary
Relevant coaching or teaching certifications are advantageous but not essential
A friendly, approachable demeanour with a professional attitude towards work

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance, Zero hours contract
Pay: 30.00 per hour
