We're looking for a passionate and motivated

After School Lead

to join our growing Aintree team.
You'll lead fun, meaningful after-school sessions, create an inspiring space for children, and work alongside a supportive, forward-thinking team.

Key responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging after-school activities Support children's learning and development through play Build strong, positive relationships with parents and carers Ensure the environment is safe, welcoming and inclusive Contribute ideas and energy to a thriving team culture

: Who We're Looking For

Qualified

Level 2 or 3 Early Years Practitioner

(or willing to train) Passionate about childcare and helping children thrive A team player with enthusiasm, empathy and creativity Someone who believes in

doing things properly

, not just meeting minimum standards
(Bonus: Teaching qualification or interest in leading Preschool rooms - extra pay applies!)
