Summary

As an after school Play Worker at Premier Education, you will play a vital role in delivering fun and engaging activities for children during wap around care. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about promoting physical activity and fostering a love for sports among young learners. Hours are 3.15pm-5.30pm.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging play activities that promote physical development and teamwork. Supervise children during playtime to ensure their safety and well-being. Encourage participation in various sports and games, fostering a positive environment. Provide support to children in developing their social skills through cooperative play. Communicate effectively with teachers and parents regarding children's progress and activities.

Requirements

Passion for working with children and promoting physical activity. Experience in a coaching or educational role is desirable but not essential. Strong communication skills to engage with children, parents, and staff effectively. Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated. A minimum level 2 in Early years or Education required.
