Leighton Park School is seeking an enthusiastic and responsible After School Prep Club Supervisor to join our team. This part-time role is available Monday to Thursday, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm during term time.
The successful candidate will support students aged 11 to 16 with their prep (homework) and help create a calm, structured environment that fosters focus and productivity. In addition to academic support, the Supervisor will also provide supervision in designated social hub spaces, ensuring a safe and welcoming atmosphere for all students.
We are looking for someone who is not only organized and proactive but also attentive to the wellbeing and individual needs of each student attending the after-school sessions. The ability to maintain a supportive and respectful environment is essential.
