Once the sale is made and they have been booked in for treatment, it is over to you. You are the voice that reassures, the calm in the storm, and the reason patients stay the course. Every call, every email, every note you make matters. Your goal is simple: protect the sale, guide the journey, and make sure cancellations never happen.

Experienced in patient or customer aftercare, retention, or account management Emotionally intelligent with the maturity to calm, reassure, and resolve A confident communicator who listens deeply and speaks clearly Proactive, disciplined, and trusted to follow through Familiar with HubSpot A natural note taker who documents with accuracy and purpose

What you will do



Own the patient helpline and manage all post-sale enquiries with precision and warmth Ensure every patient feels guided and supported from booking to treatment Identify risks early, prevent cancellations, and keep patients on track Maintain clear, accurate notes in HubSpot Liaise with the wider team to ensure smooth handovers and continuity of care De-escalate issues calmly and close every loop with satisfaction
