Experienced in patient or customer aftercare, retention, or account management

A natural note taker who documents with accuracy and purpose

What you will do
Own the patient helpline and manage all post-sale enquiries with precision and warmth
Ensure every patient feels guided and supported from booking to treatment
Identify risks early, prevent cancellations, and keep patients on track
Maintain clear, accurate notes in HubSpot
Liaise with the wider team to ensure smooth handovers and continuity of care
De-escalate issues calmly and close every loop with satisfaction
