Aftercare Specialist

to join our team and support our patients post-treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with patients post-treatment to ensure they feel supported and informed. Address patient concerns, providing guidance and liaising with clinical staff when necessary. Schedule follow-up appointments and coordinate ongoing care plans. Maintain accurate patient records and follow GDPR compliance. Support the wider team with administrative tasks related to aftercare.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong Customer Care Experience A caring and empathetic approach to patient interactions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Prior experience in a healthcare or customer-facing role is desirable but not essential Flexibility to work the specified hours.
