An opportunity has arisen for a motivated, professional and versatile individual to join the Contracts Department based at our Trafford Park depot working Monday to Friday from 8am to 4.30pm. Flexibility at month end is required.
Reporting to the Group Maintenance Contracts Manager, the successful candidate will be required to sell the complete range of aftermarket products, services promotions & business solutions including labour hours, contract maintenance, as per an agreed target while maximising the profit on each product or service sold and working with the Company's and dealership's agreed sales processes and methods.
The candidate will also be required to ensure that all customers are informed of and shown all available options, including extras, accessories, extended warranties and other value-added products and proactively seek and secure repeat and additional sales using prospecting, follow-up, referral and other available methods.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
Knowledge of sales processes, including the ability to fully and accurately qualify customer needs.
A full and current UK driving licence is essential.
High level of numeracy and literacy skills, and an ability to think quickly during a negotiation process.
Be able to demonstrate a solid track record of previous sales experience.
IT literate with Microsoft Office Applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
