We are looking for a dedicated and capable individual to take on a key Aftermarket and Technical Support role within our team. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in crushing and screening equipment who is ready to step into a more structured, desk-based role--without losing the grit and responsiveness that comes from field work.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for all technical support queries--this includes answering urgent calls outside of regular business hours when necessary.
Troubleshoot equipment issues over the phone, aiming to resolve problems quickly and efficiently. Where on-site support is needed, coordinate and delegate to our team of service engineers.
Oversee daily operations of our service team including:
Scheduling field service visits and machine commissioning
Managing warranty registrations and follow-ups
Coordinating dealer and technician training programs
Support aftermarket parts sales and customer inquiries as needed, with a view to transitioning this responsibility to a dedicated role as our business continues to grow.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Strong background in crushing and screening equipment--field experience highly valued
Technically minded with the ability to think on your feet and communicate solutions clearly over the phone
Highly organized and proactive with team coordination
Comfortable using computers and modern communication tools (email, CRM, warranty systems, etc.)
Willingness to work flexible hours when required
Nice to Have:
Experience in aftermarket sales and parts ordering systems
Previous involvement in dealer training or technical instruction

Pay: 35,000.00-55,000.00 per year
